We have a phased delivery approach to the open source code. The OpenSPARC T2 RTL release will be completed within about nine months of this UltrSPARC T2 processor announcement, so sometime in the summer of 2008 we should see the T2 RTL.

Update: we expect the initial code release to be much sooner than summer of 2008 but we'll have several releases each with incremental functionality.
