On August 7th, 2007, concurrent with the UltraSPARC T2 launch, we released the OpenSPARC T2 Programmer Reference Manual (PRM) and Microarchitecture Specification, and also announced the NDA Developers Beta Program.  We feel this will jump start the development activity around the OpenSPARC T2.
