Our trademark lawyer makes us include a "trademark license" along with these fan buttons and banners in order to meet the terms of various trademark laws; we've done our best to make it easy to acquire these cool fan buttons so that you can endorse the OpenSPARC project without registration and without paperwork. Please make sure that the OpenSPARC technology fan buttons and banners appear in a smaller size and in a less prominent location than both your web page title and, if applicable, your company name or logo.
